Control Journal

Lately it seems control is a bad word but in some facets of our lives we have to keep control to keep our sanity. I've been using the FLYlady since January and have experienced a crash landing so I'm trying to get back into it. She has a control journal idea to use to help get control of our house work and lives. I thought I'd share it with you & maybe we can all benefit.

Take it slowly! 15 minutes at a time adds up in the end. DON'T GIVE UP!!!!
Sorry was I talking to myself again? Ooops. ;) Best wishes.
The Zone method really helps me. I get overwhelmed by all there is to do. It's really good to remind ourselves of the saying...

How do you eat an elephant?
One bite at a time.
Pic for your journal...

So, I'm going to get my control journal together, make a master grocery list, work together on chores and have a date night!
