Individualized Education Plan First Grade

Mostly used The Well Trained Mind to set this up. I also have state standards and What your First Grader Should Know to refer to and may add items later. This IEP is for K/1st grade. My child has already met several of the Kindergarten benchmarks so we're moving up to 1st Grade in some areas and will see how it goes. The items listed are for 1st grade and we'll adjust as needed.
