A woman lived on a busy street. Throughout the day she'd hear horns honking, people speeding by and all other sorts of nose that would bug her. She would complain each time. Why are those people driving so fast? Why are those people so discourteous with their horns? Then one day an idea came to her. Every time someone went by that annoyed her she would bless them. Someone sped by she'd say "May you be blessed with patience" Someone blared their horn, "may you be blessed with temperance". After engaging in this exercise for a time she found her attitude toward the people who had annoyed her changed. She no longer thought of them in anger. She thought of them as people who had challenges and needed a blessing.
We betray our deficiency at moments like these. Say a little prayer for them & yourself. It hopefully will free you from annoyance and might help you both.
So for the "socialization" people. I pray they will be blessed with greater empathy for others, humility and discretion and for myself I pray I will have more temperance for people who do not understand.
I can't talk about socialization right now I'm on the way to girl scouts. ;)
