Philly Cheese Steak

I got the recipe at the bottom from allrecipes and made changes. :)

Here's what I do....
I've not made the garlic mayo.
I use a fat loaf of french bread.
I use red peppers or any sweet pepper. I grilled them last time you can also cook them in a skillet until they are nice and tender along with a whole onion until caramelized.
I cook the meat in a skillet and rip it apart as I go or take it out when brown and slice it up. I use provolone cheese and put in enough until it's nice and gooey about 10 slices.
Put the meat and peppers together then cook until well incorporated then pour into a french bread loaf with a U shape cut mmmmmmm
I dreamt about making these last night. :)
